Green Chlorella Smoothie Mix
½ cucumber
½ avocado (pit removed) *gives a creamy texture
1 C water or a plant based milk
1 tbsp chlorella (if you get on well with it feel free to add a little more)
A handful of watercress
A sprig of mint leaves
Add all of these ingredients to your blender/smoothie maker & process until smooth.
May add some ice to the mix.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
