Kinesiology is a holistic therapy, which works on all the aspects of health, physical, emotional, nutritional, psychological and spiritual. It helps to relieve the stress that could be preventing you from living life to your full potential.

Kinesiologists look at the body as one. As problems you may have in one area of the body can trigger other symptoms. For example, being highly stressed could have a major affect on your digestive system or vice versa.


In Kinesiology you measure the flow of energy through out the whole body in order to check for blockages or signals of underlying problems one of the way this is down is through muscle testing.
